This policy specifically outlines Make a Mark Records, Inc. dba Payback Picking (“Payback”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) Privacy Policy for its Website, including User Accounts (“Online Privacy Policy”). With regards to Your Personal Information collected for our analytics purposes and used to help maintain and improve our Website, we only store and maintain that information until it is aggregated and used to create a new anonymous data set that no longer contains Your Personal Information, and then delete the underlying Personal Information once that new data set has been created.

Payback only shares Your Personal Information when necessary to members of our internal team and with our service providers.

    • Service providers for archiving, etc.

Payback maintains a comprehensive Information Security Program that employs commercially available physical and IT securitization tools. Unfortunately, no method of security is completely safe, and in the event that we suffer a data breach that affects Your Personal Information, we will notify you as required under applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. Our services and Website are not marketed to or geared for children under the age of 16. 

• Third-Party Tracking on Our Website

• Do Not Track (“DNT”) Settings

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
